WADDESDON MANOR CHRISTMAS FAIR 18-22 November
We are delighted to be attending the Waddesdon Manor Christmas Fair once again where we will also be launching a number of new products: from cider vinegar with mother to our latest batch of limited edition mead. This is a great day our for the family too as it usually incorporates their Festival of Lights. just make sure you come after 4.30pm to get the best effect. For more information click here.
STILL TIME TO EXPAND
At the end of 2014 we got ourselves a little sister company called Wharf Distillery. Colocated with the cidery in Old Wolverton, alongside the Grand Union Canal, Wharf Distillery now produces our acclaimed English Apple Brandy and will soon be creating malt spirits, milk vodka (yes, you read that right!), as well as eau de vie from hedgerow fruits and an artisan rum.
The still, named Velocity was acquired with the help of a SEMLEP grant and was put into production in December with our brandy being ready for Christmas. The next spirit (available soon) is based on a blend of malts from Silverstone Brewing Company and is to be called Spirit of Silverstone. Read more here.
For Juice's Sake!
Following the success of our donation scheme in 2014, we are going to continue the program in 2015 and hopefully be able to donate even more apple juice to The MK Food Bank. Fresh juice is put into food parcels and goes to those who are desperately in need. Click here to find out what we are doing and how you too can help.
